Having qualified as Executor of the Estate of Douglas O. Climenhaga, deceased, late of Henderson County, North Carolina, this is to notify all persons having claims against the Estate of said deceased to exhibit them to the undersigned Executor, c/o Koral F. Alman, 422 S. Main Street, Hendersonville, NC 28792 on or before the 20th day of February, 2025, or this Notice will be pleaded in bar of their recovery.
