The undersigned having qualified as Co-Ancillary Executors of the Estate of Michael J. Svaldi, deceased, of Miami-Dade County, Florida who died owning property in Henderson County, North Carolina, this is to notify all creditors of said estate to present their claims to the undersigned on or before the 5th day of May, 2025, or this notice will be pleaded in a bar of recovery. All persons indebted to said estate will please make immediate settlement of the same.
