Howard Bennett Jacobus, 92

Howard Bennett Jacobus, 92, of Laurel Park, NC went to be with the Lord, Thursday, September 14, 2017.
He grew up in Mountain View, NJ, lived for many years in Miramar, Florida and had lived in Henderson County since 1982.
He served in the US Navy during WW II aboard the USS Saratoga.
Howard owned and operated INdoors INC, was a member of the Kedron Masonic Lodge and the Hendersonville Shrine Club.
He is survived by his wife Kathy; two sons, Todd Jacobus (Franny) and Timothy Jacobus and two grandchildren, Jack and Bennett.
A memorial service will be held 10:00 AM Saturday, September 23rd at the Hendersonville First Baptist Church with Rev. Steve Scoggins officiating. The Kedron Masonic Lodge will perform Masonic Rites. The family will receive friends following the service in the church.
