Joseph Louia "Cooter" Raines, 83, of Hendersonville, died on Saturday, Sept. 21, 2013, at the Laurels of Hendersonville.

A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 25, 2013, at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Dan Blackwell officiating.
