Muriel Corwin Philo, 96, of Hendersonville died Friday, Oct. 18, 2013 at Life Care Center.

Surviving are her two sons, Arthur Brown and wife Maureen of Etowah and Terry Brown and wife Barbara of Louisville, KY; three grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
