Vera Bell Wilson

Vera Bell Wilson, 85, of Mountain Home died Thursday, Oct. 31, 2013 at the Elizabeth House after a brief illness.

A native of Henderson County, she was born on Nov. 1, 1927, to the late James E. Bell and Della Byrd Bell. She was also preceded in death by her husband, John F. Wilson.

The family would like to express their gratitude to the staffs at Brian Center and the Elizabeth House for their kindness and compassion in the care of Vera.

She is survived by her son, John D. Wilson of Mountain Home; two brothers, Albert Bell of Etowah, Earl Bell of Apex; and two sisters, Betty Snyder of Etowah and Beatrice Norris of Etowah.
