Adam Jackson, 24, of Saluda was taken home too soon to be with the Lord, Saturday, July 19, 2014.
He was a native and lifelong resident of Henderson County. He worked at the Mountain Deli on Main Street. Adams passion was cooking, and being a great friend to anyone that needed an ear. The true kind of friend to many, that was always there.
Adam is survived by his parents, Jason and Melisa Smith of Saluda; three sisters, his twin, Alicia Jackson Lund and her husband Matt Lund of Asheville; the younger twins Heather and Danielle Watson of Cullowhee; three younger brothers, Hunter and Michael Smith of Saluda and Max Fletcher of Brevard; his fiancé, Allyson Lambert of Hendersonville; grandparents Karen and Jack Strickland of Tuxedo Dorleen Hess Smith of Clearwater Fla.; David and Mary Fletcher of Flat Rock; additional close family members;Wayne and Tracey Fletcher, Kim Fletcher Clark. Last but not least are the countless friends he has touched over his life.
A celebration of Adam's life will be held 4 p.m. Saturday, July 26, 2014, at the Chapel In The Pines of Jackson Funeral Service, 1101 Greenville Hwy, Hendersonville. The family will receive friends two hours prior in the chapel.
The family wishes to keep the service as a celebration of his life and is looking forward to those that have "Adam" stories to share those with us at the Service.
