Playhouse, Pardee sponsor 'Festival of Trees'

Pardee Hospital along with the Flat Rock Playhouse will sponsor an inaugural Festival of Trees this upcoming holiday season that will benefit local charities.Local businesses are invited to purchase and decorate a tree to be displayed in the lobby of the Playhouse Downtown, the Main Street venue of Flat Rock Playhouse. Proceeds from a silent auction of the trees will go to benefit a local charity of the sponsor's choice.
Ace Hardware will be offering artificial Christmas trees at a discounted price, including delivery, to the downtown venue to participants. Participants can buy a 4-foot, 6-foot or 7-1/2-foot tree, with clear or colored lights.
