Summey campaign holding barbecue, bluegrass event

Henderson County Sheriffs candidate Erik Summey will hold a barbecue and bluegrass campaign fundraiser from 5:30 to 8 p.m. Friday, April 4, at the Chariot at the corner of Church Street Seventh Avenue (715 N. Church Street).
The local bluegrass band Appalachian Fire will play. The cost is $20 for adults and children under 12 are free. The meal will be provided by Shipman Catering.
