Playhouse sets audio performance Saturday

The second audio described performance for the 2012 Flat Rock Playhouse 60th anniversary season is "Our Show of Shows" this Saturday, May 19, at 2 p.m.

Revisit some of the greatest comedy skits ever written with "Our Show of Shows," a world premiere stage version of the original NBC television comedy "Your Show of Shows," one of the first major successes on American television.

An inspired, witty and sophisticated mixture of comedy, satire and song and dance, "Your Show of Shows" starred the gifted and inimitable Sid Caesar and Imogene Coca. The show became one of the greatest comedies television ever produced. Now, theses hilarious sketches will jump out of the television screen and onto the stage as Flat Rock Playhouse presents its own unique version - featuring Playhouse veteran funnyman Scott Treadway.

Also, if a guide dog will accompany anyone, specifically request aisle or front row seating that comfortably accommodates the dogs.
