SUPER LONG COVID: Patient discharged after 100 days at Pardee

Marcos, who was hospitalized for 100 days with Covid 19, waves to care givers as he heads to be discharged from Pardee UNC Health Care on Thursday.

Dozens of Pardee doctors, nurses, therapists and support staff lined hospital corridors as a patient was wheeled to the exit last Thursday. Marcos was hospitalized with complications from Covid-19 a few days before Christmas and discharged after spending 100 days at the facility, 60 of them in the Intensive Care Unit.
