Hendersonville man sentenced to prison for selling emission test cheating devices

ASHEVILLE —A 35-year-old Hendersonville man received a sentence of a year in prison after he was convicted of selling devices that enabled vehicle owners to cheat on EPA-required emissions tests, Dena J. King, U.S. Attorney for the Western District of North Carolina, announced in a news release.
