City Council proclaims November Homeless Youth Awareness Month.

Hendersonville’s City Council on Thursday proclaimed November as Homeless Youth Awareness Month during its regular monthly meeting.


The proclamation noted the efforts of the local non-profit organization Only Hope WNC to combat youth homelessness and its 12th Annual Sleep Out on Nov. 3 and Nov. 4 at the Historic Courthouse on Main Street to draw attention and support for youth homelessness in Henderson County.
