Kanuga offers Mother's Day brunch buffet

Kanuga invites the community to celebrate Mother’s Day on Sunday, May 12, with a brunch buffet and plenty of outside play for all ages.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the grounds, trails, tennis, and pickleball any time before or after the meal. The waterfront will be open for fishing and boating, with canoes and kayaks available (weather permitting). As a Mother’s Day treat, guests can enjoy 20 percent off select items in the Shop at Kanuga. 
The brunch buffet menu features the talents of Kanuga’s new award-winning chef, Chad McCall, whose range of experience includes work for Skylaranna and The Cliffs at Walnut Cove.

Cost is $45.99 per adult (13 and over) and $19.99 per child (3-12). The buffet admission includes access to the grounds for the day and all outdoor activities. To make a reservation call 828-692-9136 by May 8. Hours:

• Grounds open for brunch attendees: 10 a.m.-5 p.m.
• Brunch: 11:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m.  Cash bar, noon-2:30 p.m.
• Waterfront: 11 a.m.-3 p.m. (canoes and kayaks)
• Shop at Kanuga: 10 a.m.-3 p.m.
