Nominations are being accepted through Jan. 6 for the 2025 Education Hall of Fame, a distinguished recognition celebrating individuals who have made impactful and lasting contributions to education within Henderson County, the Henderson County Education Foundation announced.
Eligible nominees include educators, teaching assistants, bus drivers, support staff, administrators, board members, volunteers, donors, and community leaders who have significantly influenced the educational landscape.

The HCEF Hall of Fame inducts up to five new members each year. Since its inception in 2003, 150 outstanding individuals have been honored, with their portraits displayed at the Henderson County public schools central office. This year’s recipients will be recognized at the HCEF Education Celebration on April 29 at Point Lookout.
