Ingles plans a Gas Express at Asheville Highway store

Ingles is seeking approval of a new Gas Express in the southeast corner of the parking lot for its Asheville Highway store.

No one showed up at a neighborhood compatibility hearing earlier this month on the project. The plans, which call for eight gas pumps on four islands with a kiosk, next go to the Planning Board and then the City Council.
