Pardee announces Daisy, Clover award winners

UNC Health Pardee this week announced the winners of the Daisy and Clover awards, honoring exceptional nurses and certified nursing assistants who embody the values of compassion, commitment, and excellence in patient care.

The awards were presented in recognition of outstanding service to the community and the significant impact the clinicians have on the lives of their patients.

“We are thrilled to honor these nurses and certified nursing assistants for their outstanding contributions to our hospital and patients,” Chief Nursing Officer Marilee Arnold said. “These individuals exemplify empathy, professionalism, and excellence in healthcare. We are incredibly fortunate to have them as part of our team.”

A prestigious national honor, the DAISY Award recognizes nurses who provide exceptional patient care, demonstrate leadership and teamwork, and go above and beyond in their roles. The following recipients were nominated by patients, families and/or colleagues:

  • Liesse Bohlmann, RN
  • Robin Matulich, RN
  • Meredith Stack, RN
  • Brad Davis, RN

The Clover Award recognizes CNAs for the profound difference they make in the lives of patients and families. Nominees for the award have demonstrated care and compassion, exhibited professionalism and integrity, and created a healing and safe environment for patients and families. CNAs honored with the award were:

  • Stacy Stephens
  • Miranda Speed
  • Carlei Stepp
  • Dylan Harrison
