Halfmoon Heights developer wants to eliminate pervious surfaces requirement of zoning permit

A neighborhood compatibility meeting will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday March 4, in the second floor council chambers of City Hall, 160 Sixth Avenue East, on a developer's request to remove a zoning condition requiring pervious concrete surfaces at Halfmoon Heights off Chimney Rock Road, the city planning department announced.

Ali Seabaugh of Forestar USA Real Estate Group has applied for the change in the requirement for sidewalks and drivewaysin the development. No other changes are being proposed and no other aspect of the project is under review, the city said.
