Bomb threat clears Courthouse

The Grove Street Courthouse was evacuated after someone phoned in a bomb threat today at 2:39 p.m. The sheriff's department made a thorough search and found nothing. The public and courthouse personnel were allowed back in an hour and three minutes later.

The investigation is continuing. Anyone with information about the bomb threat was asked to contact the Henderson County Sheriff's Office at 828-697-4911.
