Flat Rock Cinema to screen top movies of 2014

FLAT ROCK — Flat Rock Cinema presents the ninth annual Golden Globe Series beginning Saturday, Jan. 2.

The series, sponsored by Carolina Investment Brokers, features many films nominated for Golden Globe awards.
Some of the featured films include "Birdman," with seven nominations; "The Imitation Game," with five nominations; "The Theory of Everything," with four nominations; and "Selma," "Into the Woods" and "Foxcatcher," each with three nominations; "Wild," with one nomination, and other films to be announced.
