Young Leaders program hires director

Kristin Dunn is executive director of the Henderson County Young Leaders.

Kristin Dunn has been hired as the executive director of Henderson County Young Leaders Program.
The first full-time staff member in the history of HCYLP, Dunn comes to Hendersonville by way of Wilmington, where she served as a court-appointed volunteer guardian ad litem. She has more than five years of non-profit experience mainly in the human services field. Her areas of expertise include community outreach, fundraising, and marketing. Dunn graduated from the Honors College at Appalachian State University with dual degrees in English Creative Writing and Global Studies with a German minor.
