St. James foundation seeks grant applications

St James Charities Foundation, a social outreach organization founded by St. James Episcopal Church, is accepting grant applications from agencies and organizations serving Henderson County. Applications are encouraged from organizations that deal with health and education in Henderson County.

Applications requirements have changed. The new application forms are available from St. James Episcopal Church and are downloadable at www.stjamesepiscopal.com.
Applications must be mailed or delivered to the church no later than June 25. For further information, contact David Marshall, executive secretary for the foundation, at 694-6927 or at david@stjamesepiscopal.com.
Since its creation in 1988, the Foundation has awarded more than $450,000 in grants to nearly 100 agencies to support those in need in Henderson County.
