KnollsCam: Bobkittens explore territory as mom patrols perimeter

Here's the latest from Thomas Brass's Knollscam in the woods atop Haywood Knolls.

"Late October through November in WNC is when bobcat kittens are typically taken on a tour of their mother's territory," he says. "They are led from place to place under the watchful eyes of mom bobcat. At one point in the video the kittens suddenly bolt from a tree where they are playing. The mother bobcat quickly scans the area and then gently calls the kittens back to her.

"Living in Hendersonville with all this wildlife so nearby is truly amazing!"
