The cafe will be located inside of Sanctuary Brewing’s tasting room on First Avenue East, and will feature some of Garlik Vegan’s most popular dishes as well as some fun and exciting new pub food-style items including a variety of Impossible Burgers, tasty sandwiches, and yummy appetizers and shared plates, the brewery and cafe said in a news release.
Garlik Vegan will be closing its Horse Shoe at the end of July, with the new cafe loosely slated to open sometime in August.

“We love each other like family, and we’re all trying to create a cruelty-free environment with amazing vegan food that will be sure to satisfy everyone that comes in to dine with us.”
“Christine brings so much expertise and professionalism to her kitchen, and she makes some of the best vegan food out there,” Sanctuary co-owner . “We are so thrilled to be joining our teams, and we know that together we will create something beautiful for our community.”
