City offers payment plans for delinquent water bills

With the expiration of an executive order that barred utililty cutoffs and late payments for unpaid accounts, the Hendersonville Water & Sewer Department is reminding customers who are delinquent in their payments to contact customer service, which will work with them to set up a payment plan.  The executive order ended at 11:59 a.m. Wednesday.
