Lightning editor to speak at Business Morning Update

The monthly Business Morning Update will be held on Wednesday, May 9, at The Chariot, 715 North Church Street, in downtown Hendersonville.

MossScheduled speakers are John Bruce, Kimberly-Clark plant manager, who will give an industrial update; David Weintraub, executive director of the Environmental & Conservation Organization, who will give an update on ECO's work in the community; and Bill Moss, editor and publisher of the Hendersonville Lightning and HendersonvilleLightning.com, who will talk about the primary election and the fall campaign.

Coffee and networking will begin at 7:45 am. Breakfast will be provided by Pardee Lighten Up 4 Life. The program is sponsored by WTZQ. Business Morning Update is sponsored by the Henderson County Chamber of Commerce, the BRCC Small Business Center, City of Hendersonville Main Street Program and the Hendersonville Merchants and Business Association.
