County to host disaster recovery fairs at public library branches

Henderson County public libraries will host five Disaster Recovery Fairs this month to offer help with applications for FEMA aid, hazard mitigation grants and private property debris removal. Local non-profits that provide Hurricane Helene relief will also be on hand. The Disaster Resource Fairs are 1-5 p.m. at these locations and dates:

  • Thursday, March 13, Etowah Library, 101 Brickyard Road, Etowah.
  • Tuesday, March 18, Fletcher Library, 120 Liberty Road, Fletcher.
  • Thursday, March 20, Mills River Library, 124 Town Center Drive, Mills River.
  • Tuesday, March 25, Edneyville Library, 2 Firehouse Road, Hendersonville.
  • Thursday, March 27, Green River Library, 50 Green River Road, Zirconia.
