School Board members, administrators, principals and parents honored top scholars of the four county high schools and early college Tuesday night at Blue Ridge Community College. See the photo gallery.

Bryce Malsbary, a consultant who has worked in the United States and internationally, was the keynote speaker. HCPS Child Nutrition Department catered the banquet. Keywanettes and Key Club members from Hendersonville High School served the guests. LIFETOUCH National School Studios photographers took group pictures of the top scholars.
The top scholars had average grade point average of 4.719, average total SAT score of 1863, and average ACT score of 29. They have received so far scholarships and grants totaling $2,124,298, the School Board said.
East Henderson High School Top Scholars: Anna Jane Alexander, Ashley Nicole Ballard, Auburn Nicole Barrett, Jackson Luke Carver, Jaclyn Clarice DeVincent, Lauryn Taylor Fair, Mariah Danielle James, Nicole Christine Jones, Ryan Douglas Jones, Kimbrell Ann Lee, Kayla Anne Maneen, Nathan Alan McConnell, Kristen Nicole Sides, Alexandra Christine Stewart, and Cody Alan Wesley.
