Pardee steps up recuiting for home health professionals

Pardee Home Health announced this week that it is relocating to 114 College Drive in Flat Rock and launching a recruitment campaign to hire additional skilled professionals.

The Pardee Home Health agency serves a region that includes the counties of Henderson, Buncombe, Transylvania, Polk and Rutherford. The agency has experienced significant growth since 2018 in service to a predominantly senior population in need of nursing and therapy services.
As demand has grown, coupled with a nationwide medical professional shortage, the agency is competing with other regional providers for qualified staff. Staff vacancies include registered nurses, occupational therapists and physical therapists.  qualified individuals should have experience managing the care of patients who have a need to convalesce and heal in the comfort of their own homes.
