Schroader Honda plans new showroom

Schroader Honda Powersports won Planning Board endorsement on Monday for an expansion to add a new showroom and offices while keeping two existing buildings at 220 Mitchelle Drive.

Property owners Casey Schroader and Leonard and Catherine Schroader sought a rezoning from C3 Highway Business to C3 CZD Highway Business Conditional Zoning District to permit the expansion.  The Honda dealer wants to add 33,000 square feet of sales and office space in a new two-story building. Two existing buildings of about 10,000 square feet each would remain, creating a total of 53,000 square feet.
