Veterans Services Office moves to new Hedrick-Rhodes building on Thursday

Veterans Services Officers will move into their new offices at the Hedrick-Rhodes Veterans Center on Thursday, marking a significant step forward in enhancing the services provided to veterans and their families, Henderson County announced on Friday.

The newly renovated Hedrick-Rhodes Veterans Center, at 900 N. Main St., offers a central and accessible location for veterans seeking assistance with benefits, claims and other services.

“Our veterans and their families have sacrificed for our country, and it is our duty to ensure they receive the highest level of support and care,” Henderson County Manager John Mitchell said.  “The new location at the Hedrick-Rhodes Veterans Center allows us to provide more comprehensive services in a welcoming and supportive environment.”

Due to the move, the VSO offices at the Charles D Messer Human Services Building will be closed this coming Monday through Wedndesday.
