Man charged with rape after runaway found at home

Henderson County sheriff's deputies charged a 24-year-old local man with three felony counts of statutory rape and a misdemeanor count of contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile after they found a 13-year-old runaway at his residence. The girl had become pregnant, arrest warrants said.

The Violent Crimes Unit of the sheriff's office arrested Horacio Perez-Solis, of 378 Adeles Way in Hendersonville, on the charges. Arrest warrants charged him with sexual offense against the girl from June 15 through Sept. 15.

Perez-Solis was jailed in the Henderson County Detention Facility under a $150,000 bond.
