County offices closed Dec. 25-26, recycling center, landfill closed Dec. 23-25

Henderson County local government offices and agencies, animal services, all branches of the county library, the landfill and recycling center will be closed Christmas Day and Tuesday, Dec. 26. County offices will reopen for normal business hours on Wednesday, Dec. 27. In addition, these offices will also be closed on New Year’s Day.
The Henderson County Tourism Development Authority Visitor Center will be open 10 a.m.-3 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 24. The center will be closed on Christmas Day and will reopen at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 26.
