East Flat Rock man charged with sex offenses

After an investigation by the Violent Crimes Unit from the Henderson County Sheriff's Office, detectives have charged Jesus Hernandez Flores, age 37 of Brooks Avenue in East Flat Rock, North Carolina with two felony counts of Indecent Liberties with a Child and one felony count of Statutory Sex Offense with a Child by an Adult. Flores was arrested today and remains in the Henderson County Jail under a $200,000 bond.
