Mills River celebrates new Track Trail geared to kids

Mills River will hold a grand opening for its new Track Trail from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at the Mills River Town Park.

Designed to get kids and families outdoors and unplugged, the track trail provides nature and health activities, hunts for critters in the Mills River, fishing and other activities. The Kids in Parks Track Trails was made possible by a Healthy People Healthy Carolina grant, the Henderson County Partnership for Health and the town.
