Hendersonville police charged a 27-year-old woman with first-degree murder after responding to a call early Sunday morning.
Police dispatchers received a telephone call at 6:23 a.m. from someone familiar with a situation reporting a possible shooting, police said. The caller told a 911 operator that her friend revealed that she had shot her boyfriend on Saturday morning after a verbal fight with him. When they arrived at the house at 1018 State St., officers found Samuel Kalain Frazier, 34, dead of gunshot wounds. Natalie Louise Miller, who was at the home when officers arrived, has been charged with murder. She was jailed without bond and scheduled to appear in court on Monday morning.
