A Finley Cove Road man is in the Henderson County jail under a $300,500 bond after sheriff's deputies allegedly discovered a large amount of methamphetamine at his home and charged him with drug trafficking, the sheriff's office said.
The Henderson County Drug Task Force with the assistance of the sheriff's office SWAT team, executed a search warrant at 162 Finley Cove Road on Friday. As a result of the search, a trafficking amount of methamphetamine was located along with numerous items of drug paraphernalia, the sheriff's office said. Detectives subsequently arrested Douglas Ferrari.
Ferrari is charged with trafficking in methamphetamine, possession with intent to sell/deliver methamphetamine, maintaining a dwelling place for the purposes of selling methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting a public officer.
