Mark Casoria filed on application on behalf of property owners M.C. Ventures Inc. and Donald Jablonski for the McKay Fields subdivision on 15 acres on the north side of Howard Gap Road between Corto Lane and Faraway Lane. Average lot size would be 1.23 acres. The developer seeks approval for three driveway cuts on Howard Gap Road and plans to build a private road about a quarter mile long. The homes would be served by wells and septic tanks.
The county's technical review committee takes up the request on July 21.
