UNC Health Pardee invites the community to an informal conversation and gathering with their providers working in and serving Transylvania County during a free “meet and greet” event from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Thursday, April 27, at the Transylvania County Library.
Attendees will have an opportunity to learn more about Pardee’s services, its commitment to the community and hear how the organization is working to meet the healthcare needs of Transylvania County residents. They’ll also be able to have one-on-one conversations with many of Pardee’s providers.
“We are proud to serve the residents of Transylvania County and hope they will take advantage of this unique opportunity to meet and have one-on-one conversations with our team of providers who are dedicated to serving them,” said Johnna Reed, chief administrative officer, UNC Health Pardee. The event will feature a short presentation about Pardee’s services and an opportunity to have informal conversations with providers. This is a drop-in event, but there will be a brief overview presentation at 4:30 p.m., followed by an opportunity to meet providers from Pardee BlueMD primary care practices, neurology and surgical practices, physical therapy and orthopedics practices, urgent care, and Pardee’s newest addition to the community, cardiology. Pardee’s VP of Workforce Development will also be in attendance to discuss recruitment and hiring opportunities.
