The Henderson County Sheriff’s Office Crime Suppression Unit charged a man and woman with drug felonies after making a traffic stop on Willow Road on Friday.
Deputies observed Thomas Penn operating a vehicle on Willow Road at Courtwood Lane and, aware that Penn had outstanding warrants, initiated a traffic stop. Upon a search of the vehicle, officers charged Penn with two counts of trafficking in methamphetamine and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia. He was jailed under a $350,500 secured bond. Kristen Jacoby of Hendersonville was charged with felony possession of cocaine and jailed undeer a $6,000 secured bond.
